All of our coffees are roasted to order. Our roasting days are Tuesday-Friday.

Orders placed by Monday before 3pm (EST) will be roasted and shipped by Friday.   

Orders placed after 3pm (EST) on Monday will be roasted and shipped by Friday of the following week.

All of our retail coffees are sold as whole beans in 12oz bags. The Limited Series coffees are sold in 125 gram bags.

We ship via USPS Priority mail, which takes 2-3 postal days, with the exception of holidays & Sundays. USPS claims that Priority Mail assures delivery of your item within 2-3 business days; however, Wells Coffee Company does not guarantee this claim ourselves. If you are concerned about your order’s delivery time, we can assist you with tracking information.

We do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your coffee, or if an error occurs with your order, we want to know about it. Please contact us with your concerns at info@wellscoffees.com and we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
